How Logic

4 January, 2008 (14:20) | Apple, computers, music, synthesizer

Logic Studio

Another sweet baby arrived on my doorstep today.

Seven (7) DVD’s to install, twothousandandthree (2003!) manual pages to wade through.

Gimme another five years or so, and I’ll be making music… ;-)

Crickey ! 7 DVD’s ! … Did they code Logic in a 110pt Impact or something ?

OTOH, finaly software with a decent manual included.
Insomnia can be handy this time ;-)

Erm, Geert, the size of the font used for coding has nothing to do whatsoever with ehm, the impact it has on bytesize… But you knew that, I reckon.

Anyways, a lot of the content consists of Jam Packs and audio examples and Apple loops and stuff… Also, don’t forget this is several applications in one box: Logic Pro, Soundtrack Pro 2, MainStage, Logic Studio, Logic Instruments, etc…

I’m just wondering if I can get any more insomniactic than I already am. I guess I will need it tho… Still a lot of other user manuals to go through as well (ever seen the Kurzweil K2xxx manuals ? They’re even worse).
