The layout of these markets is invariably the same: on the outside you'll find the fruit & flower vendors
and some smaller shops (with more money to spend on rent), then on the inside you have a ring of clothes shops,
sometimes also small beauty salons, then - spiraling inside - you'll find more shops, varying from market to market.
These can be tools shops or moto parts, utilities shops, antiques (especially in Toul Tum Poung), and anything else
that can't be categorized. The innermost circle always has the food shops & stalls, where Khmers take their
breakfast and lunch. It is always extremely hot and humid in these markets; a Khmer variation of the sauna...
