The Air. Something in.

Tomorrow brings yet another MacWorld exhibition in Moscone Center, San Francisco.
For Mac aficionados all over the world, this is the best possible start of a new year, and it’s looked forward too with much anticipation and great expectations.
Year after year the build-up and hype surrounding MWSF gets bigger and bigger (predictions now start surfacing as early as October), and more and more stupid people with too much time on their hands have their take on what we might expect tomorrow.
I am one of those [stupid people]. So, here goes:
- OS X update to 10.5.2 (I really hope so - 5.1 is buggy as hell)
- Firmware update for the iPhone (opening it up to external apps)
- Introduction of the iPhone Developer SDK (the software needed to develop for the iPhone)
- iPod Touch version with more flash memory.
- Update to Apple TV and iTunes, making them ready for…
- …downloadable movies to rent over iTMS.
- Mac subnotebook with flash RAM. Seriously portable 12″-er, with extended multi-touch pad.
- New iMac, 3GHz quad core, 4GB RAM, 30″ non-glossy screen, 15.000rpm 1TB drive, Blu-Ray. (*)
(*) Not really. But I do need to buy a new iMac in a few weeks, and that’s what I really need. Oh-hum.
